Heading to Alabama

Featured Replies

Well, I decided to finally tie the knot with my special someone. Boy did she mess up!

So we decided to take us a little adventure to Alabama. Gulf shores area to be specific. Neither of us have been in the area, not sure what to expect.

She's got a few things planned for us to do, but while we are their I feel we must try to do some deep sea fishing. I've only had the opportunity to do so several times, so it's always a treat. Wondering if anyone had suggestions on who to talk to too get us out on the water? Budget friendly is always nice, but it's our honeymoon so we don't mind splurging a bit.

Also if anyone has any must see places to go see or do, throw them out! Maybe some delightful places to eat, or places to get fresh seafood (we will have a full kitchen).

Thanks everyone!

Much appreciated!

Thanks everyone! We've been together for over 4 years now. I'm not sure what I would do without her. She really does bring a light to my life.

Used to live in Daphne Alabama 20 years ago and Gambinos Italian Grill restaurant in Fairhope Alabama was one of mine and my wife’s favorites. Fairhope is about 30 miles from Gulf Shores,  it’s a small little town with shopping, boutiques, and restaurants. Congrats on tying the knot.
