MH or H

Featured Replies

Ok like I have posted earlier my wife is getting me a new rod and reel for Christmas. I have decided to go with a Ducket Triad but not sure if I should go with MH or H??? I love fishing MH and have 5 MH, 1 H and 1 M. I use the H for jigs (which is 7'6") the rest of the rods are 7' and 7'3"s and use for a  variety of set ups. Just thinking I should have another H....any thoughts would be greatly appreciated

M & MH are subjective terms with no standard to define them. Give us some more detail about the rods application and you'll get some detailed suggestions.

If your using the same line of rods then you know what you need.  My st croix mh rods are powerful and my avid heavy is very powerful.  Two heavy rods during the summer for me is nice.  One for frogs and one for punching.  What tupe of fishing you do will have a lot to do with if an additional heavy will add a good benifit to your lineup.

go with a st croix 7'1" mh
