I just purchased the 7’4 med-hev, mod St. Croix Legend glass for my main deeper crank rod. I would also love to toss my Chatterbait with it. Anybody got any experience or advice on this new stick?!

I do not but I am curious as my next rod will be a crank dedicated stick. I was between this or calling Mike again but thats a few months away. Hopefully we can get some feed back onthis because winning icast doesnt particularly mean much these days.

I hear ya man. I got two strong recommendations from two elite series pros but I have never even held the rod. I really hope it can double as a sweet chatter rod!

You'll have to let us know how it is.  I was looking at that rod specifically for blade jigs.  St. Croix rods are awesome and those Legend glass just look sick!

Yes, they work good for chatters and spinnerbaits. That's what I use mine for.
