Olay guys i was cleaning out my grandfather in law house and found this old reel i believe it is a shimano calcutta but not sure anyone know what is this and what it is worth? Thank you guys and  gal

Cool thank you be good to fish for bass with them would like to clean it up and use it this year. Do they make replacement parts for the sides

You can order parts on the Shimano website. They have been updating the site lately and that section doesn't seem to be working. You could give them a call at 877-577-0600. I just called them for a parts diagram and they emailed it to me while we were still on the phone. They offer reel service so you could send it in. Don't know how much that would run. I hear the Calcutta 400b is a great swimbait reel.

Definitely a Calcutta, I used to have one a lot like that! Gave that to a friend who was in a bad financial spot and was trying to budget together some reels/rods after his got stolen. Afaik, he's still using it.

Sweet was looking to try swimbait this year woyld be good for my 7'11" for swimbaits cant wait to get this thing wet and but some fish in the boat
