Line Recommendation

Featured Replies

I'm putting together my first finesse setup and need some advice. I'm looking for a quality hi-vis line to pair with some 6 lb fluorocarbon I have for a leader. Any suggestions? TIA

Power Pro makes a bright yellow braid that I use when I’m crappie fishing. Most hi-vis line I’ve seen.

832 is great so is Fins Windtamer both have hi vis colors. I like original Power Pro but don't care for the slick 8.

The Power Pro Hi Vis Yellow really stands out, much more so than a green colored braid.

As everyone has said, suffix or power pro is the way to go. I’ve used both and they bother perform great. I’m partial to suffix on my spinning reels and power pro for casting, but that’s just me. I like the suffix original braid in the hi vis orange color

I'm blind as a night crawler but prefer Fireline Ultra in 6 & 8#. In the crystal color very easy to see and zero tip wrap. After years of using pp I will never use it again....
