Screw Stren and Spyderwire. Powerpro and Sufix are where it's at, they make braided super lines that have very high strength to diameter ratio, low stretch and cast pretty far

Idk, I like BPS but it is a big store so I see how it could be confusing. BPS has alot online reviews on its website so it's a solid way of finding out what is high quality and what isn't

I'm just fascinated with invasive species (dont know why just am). Anyone have any stories or odd catches they would like to share

I've seen tiny tiny pike bite huge musky spinners Bass going nuts over large wooden musky plugs, fish don't seem to mind over sized lures just throw it because you never know what they'll bite

You gotta remember lake Simcoe is pretty pressured so try throwing some unorthodox lures stuff most people aren't throwing if all else fails ultra realistic lures such as livetargets could help out

Love sail but not much of a online selection. Canadian tire never seems to have what I'm looking for Luckily I'm near alot of bait store mostly small businesses but a few big name stores

Well keep in mind bass fishing is pretty popular in Ontario so there is alot of pressure can't really speak on the lake

Alot of people complain about the smell of unscented plastics, personally I normally fish scented baits so I haven't encountered this but what I could deduce from other threads it's normal and fish don't really seem to mind the smell
