Anybody happen to remember this little gem of a bait. They were trying to solve a problem that likely wasn't as big as some anglers might have believed. How many people have you heard say they missed a bass on their spinnerbait because the fish hit the blade and not the body? This lure solved that problem. Look closely  

 

Found this one buried in a box put in the garage - still new in the package. 

 

I can’t really place it. If they grab the blade does the hook slide up into it. Like the arm slips the hook up to the blade if it stops idk?

Blade arm is actually a hook? Like the blades just attached to a second hook that serves as the arm? Or did I completely miss it lol?

Here's the back of the package...it seems to suggest that the top arm hook might also act as a trailer hook when a fish tries to throw your bait and end up stuck by the second hook on the arm.

 

Ha! That’s what I thought. Amazing. 

 

I’ve had a fish hit the blade before but it’s definitely not something I’d call a problem. The part about the second hook getting them if they throw it though, I wonder if that actually worked.

Team9nine, I'm pretty sure I remember these advertised in Fishing Facts magazine. Don't know that they ever took off very well. Thanks for posting.
