Hey guys, I'm sure this has been asked but I'm not find anything on this. What would you use a Medium/MF rod for? I know every rod company is different, but I'm asking this as a general question. Thanks!

 

Would it make a good spinnerbait/chatterbait rod? The stuff I've seen for the MF, is people are split between using it for single hook lures to treble hook lures. It's the MF I'm more in the grey area about.

Smaller crankbaits and topwater.

Lighter lures.

Not sure about that one

Good for treble hook lures. I use a med m/f for lipless cranks and square bills. You want a fast or extra fast for trigs/jigs

After reading some more, I'm seeing some people like using this combo as a versatile rod... able to throw both certain treble hook lures as well as single hooks.
