Duo realis 120 or the 110?

Featured Replies

Looking to grab a couple duo realis jaerkbaits mainly for fishing spring prespawn to spawn for smallies on Lake Erie. Wondering what everyone has better luck with with 120 size or the 110.. I have the megabass Vision 110 so figured the 120 would be nice for the larger size but thinking maybe it’s to big for the smallmouth .. but then again maybe big bait is big fish? Anyone have luck with these.

Go with the 120's. They work just fine. I speak from experience.

Thanks ! For some reason sometimes I think baits are to big. It’s about half inch bigger than the vision 110 so I wasn’t sure

And hey! I just realized you live like 30 minutes from me

The duo 110 is my go-to jerk bait for smallies. I'd get both if I were you, and see which they prefer that day.

I figured I had the vision 110 so the 120 would be better

Deeper rattle on the Duo 110 vs the Vision 110. I've had days where the smallies won't touch a vision and only want the duo, and vice versa. Both the 110 and 120 sizes will catch fish any time of year, don't let the size of the 120 scare you, its an amazing bait

X2. I don't know about Erie, but in the St Lawrence the 120 is very popular with the smallies I found.

Both,

but if I could only have one it would be the 120.
