Hi guys,

 

 

With the Ebay sale goin on, I was looking at jumping on one of these three. The Fuego is for 60, CT R for 80, or the Type R for 100 . I would be putting it on a spinnerbait rod so I want one that's a pretty good workhorse. I've heard good things about all three on here, but is the Type R worth the extra 40 bucks?

The ct type r is the upgraded version of the type r. I have it and it's worth the extra 20$ over the fuego.

Get the CTR

CT Type R for $100. There's another one named Type R (not CT) which is also about $100 on ebay, so make sure you get the CT Type R.

 

Get the Tatula Type R the model number is TACT-R100HS for the 7:3 righty.

What did they upgrade from the Type R ?

 

I'm not sure of the upgrade, but the CT type r is discounted $75.00 at TW....  the standard type r isn't even available on their site, that I could see.

I think I still have a couple of the Type-R around here somewhere, thought maybe they had really changed things up.

It’s smaller. The same size as CT and Fuego.

Thanks, Is that considered an upgrade or an option?   The only Fuego's I own are OG's been away from fishing for a while, trying to get caught back up.

They also upgraded the bearings, it is defiantly worth getting the ctr over the type r
