Punching Skirt Colors

Featured Replies

So I'm looking to make some punch skirts, and I wanted to get your opinion on the colors that would best fit my situation. I know I'll need a black/blue, but I was wondering which of the other colors you would get to use or combine to imitate the forage we have in North Louisiana like bluegill. Here and here are the skirts I was thinking about purchasing. If y'all could combine any of those colors to make a killer looking bluegill presentation, what would they be? Thanks so much.

My best punch skirt color has been solid black with a junebug, black and blue, or sapphire blue plastic. If I was going to make a bluegill colored one, I'd make it the same color as one of my bluegill colored bladed jigs.

Now that's a good looking split tab combination!

Wow, that looks awesome. What colors did you use to make it, if you don’t mind my asking?
