Good luck Sir . .

Hope you get fish-able conditions.

Also just because you watch Bruce Lee movies, may not mean you know Karate.

You guys are going to have one heck of a Killer trip - Fish are thick this year.

Here in SW Ohio and across southern Ohio everyone I’ve talked to has been struggling. I got on a good prespawn bite for a solid hour a few weeks ago and have been struggling ever since. I’ve missed probably six fish on the jig and they won’t even hit anything else. Fluctuations in water level and unstable temperatures have messed up the spawning times and consistencies I believe

I've been reduced to hitting up the golf course ponds near my house. Shallow water uneducated fish should make me feel better. **Sniff Sniff**

Well, we are loaded and will leave at 3am tomorrow for our annual trip to Lake St Clair.  It's the highlight of my fishing season.

Good luck Toxic! Hope you have a blast!  I am really struggling in NE Ohio also, can't seem to find the fish.  I can't even seem to find the crappie when I take a break from bass.  I have friends that just keep sending me pics of fish they are catching in the same area though!  Guess the fishing gods have an issue with me this year!  Haha

With a very late ice-out and water Temps below 50, I feel lucky to average 2 good fish a day.  Lip less and jerks bringing my only success.

.....it is still better than being snowbound.

Finally got the stank off. Here are a couple from yesterday's trip to a small lake/pond. A probable 3 and 2 pounder respectively. Not huge but better than dinks.

It’s been a great spring here , numbers have been great with some big uns mixed in , but it’s fixing to slow down. Summer is almost here. Supposed to be 97 a couple days this week coming up.

I’ll be switching to mostly early morning tactics til fall .
