Lucky Craft Pointer H3

Featured Replies

I just got a few of the new Lucky Craft H3 100 pointers - same as the old 100 pointers but these have 3 hooks.

Buyer beware, the back two hooks that come stock get caught on each other so you need to replace them with shorter shank hooks.  At 19 bucks per bait, this isn't something you should HAVE to do...

Simple solution is just buy the two hook model 100 pointer, problem solved. I have never felt like I was missing fish on a pointer 100 or 100 DD because of only two hooks.

I have many of those and I have definitely missed fish on them...so with 3 trebles, I know it's not the amount of hooks!  ?

Agreed, these baits are the solution for a problem that just doesn't exist in my world. If they don't get the hooks on a regular 100 pointer, it probably wasn't worth catching anyways.

The only time I miss fish on a jerkbait is when they are just nipping the rear hook.
