    @A-Jay is on the right track.  I think it is the Living Rubber Model of the Uncle Buck's Buzzer.  The Uncle Buck's Buzzer came in Bucktail or Living Rubber.  I have an old BPS catalog that shows them for a price of $1.99!

    Yep, uncle bucks buzzer.  Very weedless buzzbait. Used a lot down here in Florida back in the day. It’ll go through just about anything.

    I had a few including that blue and white one.
