I have more of these and Smithwick Rogues in my jerkbait box and was curious if you guys down south rely on either of them?

The reason I'm asking those residing down south is because I know a lot of guys in the upper mid-west carry a good assortment of these and

Rapalas.

Yes !!! Especially the jointed ones . Big smallies and striper

This one grabbed it right next to the boat early November on top. Wild! 

Rogues and Rapala jerks yes.  Flatstick not so much.  I looked at them and did not love the rattles. 

Rogues are about the only jerkbait I have any luck fishing with.

I use thunderstick as top water not jerk bait
