1.     Failure to Winterize the Engine

3.     Failure to Close Seacocks

4.     Clogged Petcocks

5.     Leaving Open Boats in the Water Over Winter

8. Not having a garage wide enough to fit your boat into.

BTW, I had a clogged pet **** once.  Putting a little more barley in his feed helped clear that up.

Not putting Sta-Bil and the Ethonol STa-Bil in your gasoline tank if you do not drain it.  ;)
