Is this a Good Frogging/Flipping Stick?

For true Flipping.? No. You could possibly get by using it for froggin, although I prefer a fast tip. As most all rods are rated differently, it's hard to say. Maybe try it, see if your hook sets are o.k. or if your missing fish, it may be to soft.

I prefer a more moderate action for flipping so I say yes. But some companies mod fast are to parabolic for this. It all depends on the individual rod. That could end up being q very very good chatterbait and spinnerbait rod if it's a little softer

For flipping I prefer a slightly longer rod but 7'4" will definitly be fine. For me the action and powerr is perfect for flipping, as I also use a moderate-fast heavy (tends to not rip a giant hole in the fish's mouth). For frogging I prefer a fast action but again, the rod will work for that application if its got enough backbone.

Very few bass anglers actually "flip" they 99% "pitch".

When you flip the bass is lifted straight up and out of the water using the rod so a longer strong enough rod is needed.

If you can cast a 1/2 oz frog far enough to get strikes the rod should work fine.
