Caught my first double ever along with 23 others.Trying to make up for a poor winter bite from all the monsoon rains.

That's pretty wild. I've doubled with a smallie and white bass, but I couldn't imagine doubling with a striper that size and a solid spotted bass.

On a side note, those are really skinny fish.

I don't discriminate. Fat, skinny, big, or small I'll catch'em all.

Both the spots are pretty fat? Stripers aren't typically really fat fish. They can be for sure, but their pelagic nature tends to keep them more lean.

Yep. Our stripers start getting girthy about 20 lbs and our 4 lbs + spots look obese.
