NJBasstard Posted April 8, 2020 Posted April 8, 2020 Theirs plenty of water that's not in state and county parks. I'm in Gloucester County and a mile from two different creeks running off the Delaware so that's where I've been fishing recently. Black & blue, red craw & junebug are my three go-to's fishing anything attached to the river. 1 Quote

After that it's green pumpkin and Black and Blue Quote
AlexCastaway Posted April 9, 2020 Posted April 9, 2020 Black and blue with a Junebug trailer. And there's plenty of spots still open in South Jersey. Quote

Ole man Fazul Posted September 27, 2020 Posted September 27, 2020 Anyone having luck out there? I've got a bunch of dinks (1-3lbs) here and there, oak pond, menantico, penbryn, Alcyon, harrisonville (best so far at 4.5lbs). Water temp is consistently holding at 63-65 around here. Just thought they'd be hitting lures hard. Seems like the juveniles are voracious but the old girls are cautious. Quote
Ole man Fazul Posted October 22, 2020 Posted October 22, 2020 Water temp yesterday was 67.5 at Alcyon. Hooked up 3 bass, 2 shook lose inches from my grasp, all under 3lbs, but they sure were biting yesterday. I hit the lake in the late afternoon thinking the heat sink effect with the water would be the greatest then. All S. Jersey anglers best be out there and not stowing your gear! Good hunting! 1 Quote
