So I been seeing soft plastics selling by the pound. I was wondering could I package these soft plastic and sell them online ? Since these packages normally come in a huge box all mixed up. 

Do what you want but these are cheaply made soft plastics from molds you can buy.  If you really wanted to do it you would be better off going that route.

 

What really separates the good soft plastics is the name behind them and their plastic formulas and designs.  These molds you can buy are just run of the mill baits and most people are not going to pay top dollar for cheap-o baits with unproven action, durability and reputation.  

 

If you could sell these plastics and make a profit I imagine a lot of people would be doing it...

 

Not likely, and you can't do it here for sure.

You may want to do some serious research on resale before you do something like that.  You'll get some opinions and some good info here but do some searching on some business law sites as well.

This.... if you plan to resell, you have to keep the integrity of what it is and sell it as that product.  You could probably and get buy with it for a while, but selling a "knockoff" is a crime.  So do your home work and stay legal and legitimate.  Even if that means selling trash plastic from"who knows where", let your customer know what it is.  I'd go far as to test the product, play with it and then sell it.  Because in the end, integrity is all we have as men 

But to be honest, I wouldnt waist my time with plastics.  It's a hard market to make a buck.  You would be better off to make jigs for yourself and for the fun of it, and sell q couple to your pals to help offset the cost.   You wont make a million doing it, but it is fun, and feels good catching a bass on a jig tied
