What rig is this?

Both swing heads...the top one looks a bit strange... can't tell if it has an egg or just the exposed treble... that treble looks like some type of stinger hook.  Weight /head shape looks odd.

That's what I thought it was, a stinger hook, but who knows. These are micro rigs if that helps.

The "Look what I made in my basement because I am bored" rig.

What are the heads made of?  How light is "micro". I can see throwing baits like that in the Gasconade or some other south Missouri small mouth stream.

That rig is pretty popular in Europe for European perch and Zander if I recall correctly. I don't remember the name of the rig but if you look up perch and Zander fishing you might find it.

I think it’s Cheburashka rig. It’s identical to our swing heads.

Yes that's it! Cheb heads. I have seen the head come in multiple pieces where the line tie is also the hook connection, and you that piece fits in between the lead, making them somewhat interchangeable. They are also round as opposed to football shaped which is the norm for bass fishing.
