Hmm...

 

I was all over them when the red hooks were first introduced. I didn't think they made

any difference at all, but I will give them another try. 

 

I could not tell red hooks helped at all and quit using them. I have bought baits with red hooks an replaced them with bronze or black hooks. Using red hooks is just a confidence thing for the individuals that use them and not all pros use them. It is just like all baits. What works well for one person may be something someone else has no luck with.

 Just like anything, confidence plays a role and if what your doing isn't broken don't fix it.
