Berkley Hit Stick Jerkbait

Featured Replies

I was Reading the Bassmaster magazine Jan/Feb 2021 and I came across this add, Raphala talking about their Hit Stick jerk bait. I have never use them but I found something interesting in them, First Variety of Sizes and colors, And second and most important that they claim that it will act like balsa wood lures. Third, the sound system in the design. Forth, Pricing is very good.

For me it is very unique lure but if only it was suspending as well, I would get the whole line of it.

Do any of you guys using this lure? and what can you say about it?

Seems like they're more targeting walleye, trout, and the like with these. More of a straight cast and retrieve style bait.

Yeah I think you are right.

They’re like a rapala original floater that you can cast greater distances and that are more sturdy.

I really like them. They snap back good when jerked and don’t rise too fast. I got the 11 size in FX shad, like that color for cloudy days. Lost it to what I believe was a Scioto river Muskie.
