Captain Hook's only has 2 styles of Gamakatsu trebles available in 2 and 3 sizes. If you happen to like those styles in those sizes though, you can get them for great prices.

Barlows sells some bulk. I wanted owners but gave up on finding them in bulk.

Shorty’s Hook Sales is where I buy my hooks.  They might have the trebles that you want.  You can’t beat their prices.

I've been using https://www.hagensfish.com for many many years for my lure making parts.

 

I know they carry Gamakatsu but not sure if they sell the exact one you are looking for.  Don't be intimidated by their minimum quantity order.  They just add a dollar to the order if under minimum.

Jagged tooth tackle seems to have tons of hooks, including 25 packs of trebles.
