I throw GP black or purple flake

Get one of each, problem solved.

I was really digging the green pumpkin baits that had the blue or purple shimmer to them last year. Will definitely be rebuying some of those!

GP with black , blue , red , purple , green or gold  flake is what I use ... I started throwing the newer GP Flash as well which is an in - between color good when bass favor more of a bait fish bite than craw bite .

I’ve had good luck on sunny days with GP with gold flake

Same. Although I have never noticed a measurable difference between them. Honestly, I’ve only ever noticed a difference if I go drastically different colors.

GP/watermelon laminate, with black flake or sometimes with red flake.

Almost always dip the tail, too many times where I've been lazy about dipping the tail and the bite turned back on.

Green pumpkin red is my favorite, but I really like green pumpkin blue, green pumpkin orange, green pumpkin green, green pumpkin purple, and regular green pumpkin too.

One of my best colors for flipping in stained water the last few years has been the Yomoma in watermelon red flake/black neon laminate. It's an odd combo but they tear it up.
