I am thinking this maybe since it doesn't mention iPilot I am thin king it's for the older motors? Minn Kota CoPilot Wireless Remote PowerDrive/PowerDrive V2 Motors (midwayusa.com)

I had the motor guide version and the plastic gears that turn the head always wore out. I believe minn kotas was far better, can’t help with model of remotes though 

 

there’s a fella I know that does trolling motor repair for a living and he’s the best around, he can tell you anything you need to know and has all the parts available or can order them. His name is Rick swafford and his business is called swafford trolling motor 

I have one complete with a foot pedal in my garage 450 miles from where I am now.  I'll be home in a month or so, so if you're interested PM me the middle of April.  I used it for about 10 years and had a chance to buy a cable controlled trolling motor and removed it.
