This is my first year fishing prespawn due to lack of time in the past. I’m much more familiar with pond fishing than river/lake fishing. I’ve had trouble catching anything decent for the past month or so. Does anyone have recommendations for what is producing bites on watts bar right now? I’m bank fishing at the moment because I’m working on boat registration at the moment (boating laws suck). Any help is greatly appreciated.

Should be good shallow bite, my buddies did pretty good down there this weekend. Are you closer to Lenoir city or down river toward the dam?
