Hey guys, I have an Ugly Stik, 2005ish era (i think, i was just a kid) anyways i have this rod, it's a 5ft, it stillsays shakespeare on the rod along side ugly stik, but the reel isn't the typical shakespeare reel, it says ugly stik in bold gold letters, and i haven't seen another one other than mine, is it worth anything?

It's not likely worth a lot as the Ugly Stik rods and reels are typically not very expensive to begin with.

Base Ugly Stick combo retails for around $50 new - you might get $20-$25 for a 16 year old combo...if you're lucky.

No, but it would make a nice gift to a young boy or girl.

What about a first year / edition. From the 70's. I don't use it but it's fishable. The cork is worn off but i thought somebody somewhere would be interested. Even shakespeare but they moved it all overseas
