Curious what reel you are using for your Champion 744C. What techniques?

    I have 2 Champion Extreme HP DX 744 F/H rods. They are rated for 1/4 to 1 oz lures. I was out today & fished a weightless senko on one & a Texas rig on the other using a 5/16 oz bullet weight.  The reels were both Shimano's.  The one with the senko was a Scorpion mgl xg, the other was a Speedmaster.  Both rods worked well with the above reels & baits.
