I found a fishing spot on a dirt road along the bank but there is weeds. I tried frogs but I dont think the fish can notice it. Is there any way to fish this weeds?

I promise you they know the frog is there.

I would try the biggest frog you can. But yes when it gets this thick and there are no openings, the frog bite can be a little tough so you might have to break out the punching setup on an extra heavy rod.

The bass will definitely notice a frog moving along the top of those weeds. They either weren't there or weren't interested. Bass are incredibly aware of their surroundings. Even the sound of your car door shutting from the parking lot a good distance off can clue them in. 

 

You can run a weightless worm, lizard, creature, fluke, etc across the top of the weeds for vicious strikes. You can throw stick baits into little pockets and holes.

  Some people refuse to believe this, but I've seen it more than once. The way that a fish's lateral line works is nothing like the way our ears work.

 

   And then you go wading, and after you stand in one place for ten minutes, fish brush right against your leg. Go figure.   ?                 jj

There is a place close by that looks like that . Its backwater to the Mississippi river that is protected by a levee . It use to be a fantastic area for big bass . Its silted in now and too shallow . It holds no bass .

I would try to punch it, generate a reaction strike through the vegetation

 

 

Just noticed how much weed is in this lake.  HB Frog, make a commotion and let it sit.  Change your cadence from constant, to stop and go. 

 

A speed worm weightless and stop it in every opening you can find among the junk.

 

Heavy braid, and strong gear.
