No kidding? Earlier in the year I was checking out the member map and was a little disappointed there are so few of us in this area (active members). Its nice to see a fellow Jerseyian on here, on my post nonetheless!!!

Alcyon has been super productive for me this year. Not sure if you fish menantico ponds, but that opened up this past weekend. I skipped it figuring that it would be madhouse. Planning on it this weekend though. What is your body of water?

Cast Industries makes their own heads so buying from them unpainted makes the most sense.  We just need need to figure out frame size and diameter along with hook size first.  The purple front blade is made by Worth and based on size ratio to the bait a size 3 Colorado.  Rear blade question? Is it just beat to hell or does it have a colored flake clear coat on it? Head is painted watermelon with a Createx orange pearl throat and large pupil gold eyes either 5 or 6mm. Skirt I recognize some of the colors but would have to see it in hand to be exact .

Can you tell yet I know a thing or two about spinnerbaits? Best thing would be for you to send me one? Does not have to be in one piece I would just need all the pieces.  I know its your favorite so if you only have one just send it to me during the winter and I will return it after taking some measurements  and photos.

I screwed up. I was intending to follow up with you and send it in the next few weeks, but yesterday I wanted to throw it one last time. Sure enough, it WAS the last time. Backlashed and my spinnerbait went flying into the lake. I spent a good half hour trying to find it with my magnet to no avail. Can't be ticked about it, or I'm trying not to be... but man, I screwed up big time!

Thank you for extending me this offer Allen, regardless. It still means the world to me that you would do this.

I love me some spinnerbait fishing, or more accurately, weather conditions that (in my experience) makes for good spinnerbait fishing. Although a great looking bait is nice, i don't think it's necessary. I know because i "assemble" my own. ?  Unpainted heads, factory paint jobs with or without 3d eyes, it doesn't matter much to me, they all work. I'm gonna get some of Munkin's hidden weight baits in a few months and work on them before next season. I can't wait.:crazy1:

Yup. Totally agree with you. But as you may or may not (suspect may) relate, I had some seriously good catches, if not the best with that spinnerbait, so it quickly became my favorite in the sense of confidence.
