Yep, I know it's early, but I'd want to see if anyone is interested in joining me at a fantastic BBQ joint Saturday night, March 5th.  I'm made reservations for a group of 15.  Happy if more people join! (No, I'm not paying for your meal. LOL)

Im hoping to go but don’t know if I will be able to make it happen. Should be a fun time ! 

I may be interested in coming after work that day if the restaurant is near the weigh in or expo in Greenville. I have already requested Friday as my day off to go to the classic. 

The wife and I will be there, already have our hotel arranged. 

Glenn, the wife and I should be able to join you there. Appreciate the invite.

I'm new to the area and don't know where Sticky Fingers is, but I might try to join you all.  Not trying to convince anyone to eat elsewhere, but there IS some good BBQ in this area.  Brasstown has really good BBQ, but it's an hour or more from the launch site I think.  Smokin' Pig BBQ in Pendleton is much closer and also very good.  Black's Smokehouse is further away too in Seneca, but really great BBQ at a hole in the wall type of place.

 

Edit: I see that it's in Greenville, up near the weigh-ins.  If anyone's looking for a BBQ place closer to Hartwell, the ones I mentioned are good (Smokin' Pig is pretty close to the launch I think).  

 

 

Sorry to inform you guys, but I cannot make it to the Classic this year due to family matters.
