Cheap way to practice - go get a Daiwa Sweepfire rod ($15) and the thread/epoxy of your choice.

Cut the guides off the Sweepfire and re-attach them. Rinse/repeat until you're satisfied with your skill.

Then fix the XP.

Just takes the $15 for the rod and some time.

The only difficult issue is to make the re-wrapped guide cosmetically identical to the rest of the guides.  When I had a similar issue with my favorite rod, I just had a great local custom rod builder double re-rewrap all the guides, including the rod tip.

Look for a bass club in your area.  I would bet there are a number of folks around you that do rod repairs on the side but don’t advertise.  There are 4 in my bass club.

Do you fish into NJ at all?  I can sort it out for you if you get over this way.    I’m in Morris county but fish on the I-78 corridor a good bit.

It's not terribly difficult to replace one good enough to fish with. Little bit of tape to hold it in place, some rod thread, wrap it best you can, thin layer of epoxy with a brush, good to go. It may not look pretty, but I have a couple guides that I repaired like that probably a decade ago that I'm still fishing.
