Is there anyone did this before? I need some help to know how messy it will get to replace it. If springs and internal parts need to be remove, Ill not do it and ill send it to professional. Also if you know someone locally doing this I would appreciate if you give me contacts.
 

You should be able to remove the screw from the clutch cam that holds on the thumb bar, then slide the bar over a bit to remove the plastic spacer, then it should come off.

Most Shimano and Abu are simple - all you need to do is remove the spool to get to the screws.

That one is for the older style, the BFS is based on the 2014 model.  On the newer ones, there's no long pin under the thumb bar, but instead a short one that's machined directly into the frame.  By removing the plastic spacer, it should be possible to move the thumb bar over enough to clear the pin and remove it.

edit: After watching YouTube, I think you can do it. But why???. The conquest is beautiful and super classic on it own .

It's definitely a work of art.  I really love mine, but I do like my Millionaire CT better.  Aside from the super crisp thumb bar on the Calcutta Conquest BFS, the Millionaire definitely feels more refined even though it has no micro gearing.

I’ve never heard a thumb bar called an offset clutch before. A Japanese translation maybe? Anyway, if your model has the post it’s easy. If it has the through pin much more involved.

I believe it's called an offset clutch because one side of the thumb bar is longer than the other.  For instance, with @ATA, he casts right and reels left, and his thumb will naturally contact the longer half of the thumb bar. 

KDW on newer Super Duty (left), but it's hard to see for the Studio Composite handle.  Tough to beat this reel for fishing 1/4 to 1/2 oz with long casts, and it casts 1/8 oz  surprisingly well.   Found a ZPI cap, also, but no luck on a cool star drag.  On the right is the cheap AMO thumb-button on my older SD - anything is an improvement over the stock Lew's plastic button. 

All of my salt bait reels have KDW titanium handle nut (or screw), as well.
