Well, we have been playing softball for the last few months and haven't even thought about basketball in a long time. We had a weekend off from softball and there happened to be a basketball tournament available. I told my wife there was no way we could go play in a basketball tournament and be competitive after not having played or practiced in ever how long. That being said, the girls really wanted to play so I said, whatever. We ended up 5 wins and 0 losses. Our 2 pool play games were 44-9 and 24-12. Then in bracket play we went 33-5, 28-7 and 25-17. I can't say enough good things about how hard these girls play. Pretty high level basketball for 5th and 6th graders. 

 

Btw, we are far and away out sized every game we play, but we get after it on defense.
