I have a helix 7 G3N DI up front and helix 7 G4 SI in the console, I want to run a Ethernet cable from the console to the front so I can share waypoints between units. So what I’m wanting to know is do they both have to be networking or is it possible to do this? I have a 3rd plug-in on the G4 but not sure if it’s for a Ethernet cable.

    Yes,... They both have to be networkable (N )

    Networkable Helix have 4 connections on them

    You should be able o do it with a single cable. Anything more on the network and you will need the hub.
