Perhaps, but cats aren't that prevalent in the lake.   Did lose a lucky craft BDS to one a few weeks ago.

Bingo, Little George style baits for the win. Especially if you have a touch of stain in the water. This weekend I could only get bit on a Jackall Deracoup (Lil George) and a JDM 1/4 oz crankbait called a BottomUp Reazzy. One other good one folks in a Lucky Craft 0.5. Especially if you're fishing skinny water with hard cover.

That happens a good bit around here, especially this time of year.  I keep a collection of Shad Raps and crappie/trout oriented crankbaits for that.  In a month, they'll get bigger and I'll be able to throw normal squarebills and other normal sized crankbaits.
