Hi All,

 

         I find the shimano Bantam, Met and Curado 71 very comfortable to palm/grip. Is the Zillion SV TW considerably bigger, or would you say it's similar in size from an ergonomics perspective. I need another reel like I need a hole in my head, but the monkey keeps reading how amazing this reel is, and now he wants one,if it's comfortable to grip.Thanks in advance. 

I assumed you mean 2021 Zillion SV TW 1000(100g). No it is not considerably bigger but more like fatter and taller over all. If you wear S-M gloves, the zillion will feel a little bit full but still comfortable for finesse type fishing. If you wear M-L gloves the zillion will feel just perfect. 
Too bad I accidentally deleted all old images. Think of alphas SV TW as Curado 70 for comparison.

If you ask me, I prefer 70, bantam and Alphas over zillion but if you need line capacity, the zillion is not too shabby.

It's a tad wider than the 80 you sold me. Was there anything uncomfortable about the 80? The Zillion feels small to me, but I wear a XL glove, so most things do. I'd say just try it. It won't be hard to move if you don't like the fit.

 

BTW, how does the Steez A fit in your grip?

Yep that's the one, the digitaka price has me itching to try it. Thank you for the feedback.

The Zillion G feels in hand taller when palming than then new bantam A. both feel the same length wise when wrapping your hand around them. 

I wear M/L gloves and the Zillion SV just melts in my hand.  It’s perfect to me.
