The Atlantic from Boston up to Canada is paved with haddock, we make a couple of trips every year.

I to am a carnitas guy...came up with a recipe about 12 years ago that my friends and family all love. But some days I don't want to cook for hours, and I get tired of ground beef or steak so on those days I like fish tacos.

If I want some quick, I cheat with bone in pork chops, season heavy and grill on the BBQ or pan sear, then chop into bite size pieces and finish in some broth, 30 minutes or so.
