    I bought the Alphas SV instead because they were the same price. The Tatula has lower IPT and comes in a 6 to 1 if you want a slower model. I do love the size of these reels alot though and my 100 size Tatula SV is my most used reel I'm sure the 70 is a winner.

    I did the same thing and ordered the Alphas SV 800 because at the time, exchange rates had it even cheaper and in my opinion it seemed to be the better reel with the free floating spool. People were comparing it to the new Zillion in smoothness.

     

    I have been very happy with it and have it on. Loomis E6X 6'8" JWR rod pitching and skipping Fat Ikas in and around cover.
