Help little pin and spring in drag star assembly

Recommended Posts

Hey,

So like a dummy, I was opening up my new Curado 150 MGL reel to see if it was adequate inside. I was fooling around with the drag star too much trying to reinstall it and this tiny pin and spring fell out. I have no idea how to reinstall it. If anyone knows how please let me know, I'm a sitting duck until I get it figured out. Thanks

Here is the schematic for it.....

It's the drag clicker. It's not a total loss if you can't get it fixed but I use a pair of tweezers with a dab of grease (microscopic) on both the hole, spring and pin. The grease will help hold in place. In the pic it looks like the plate on drag star is upside down. Good luck.

Thanks I managed to get it back together. What I was doing wrong is was not putting the longer part of the pin inside of the Spring. I had the longer part of the pin facing out towards the teeth lol. All back to normal thanks for responding. The curado 150 is a pretty nice reel so far, I've only had it for 3 days
