My first Loomis was an 844c IMX I purchased from BPS

in store back in 2001 at the retail price of $260.  Changed/upped my fishing game immediately.  Congrats!

    You're going to love it. I went to a NRX+ last year early season after owning a handful of other Loomis and was so impressed. They make amazing products.

    Great tools but they are about as visually stimulating as an amish butter churn.  I've fished them and they are great fishing tools but not something I would yearn for or dream about.  You have very reasonable dreams.  I dream about dumb things like megabass rods with weird handles.
