Getting to use a few Rapala soft plastics....

That’s cool. I’ll give them a shot. I’m a fan of Rapala stuff so I don’t see why their soft plastics wouldn’t be good. Not much room in my lineup for soft plastics that aren’t Rage Tail, Yamamoto or Z Man though.

The Spunk shad is from Hog Farmer and Missle baits afaik.

You're right I was thinking Largo shad.
