I rig those on a Texas rig. 1/8 bullet.  Kills.

Owner weedless blockheads 1\8 oz these are my favorites.

@ChrisD46.  i used a Gamakatsu 3/0 o'shaunnessy at the time.  now?  i think i 2/0 Owner Haymaker would be outstanding.    underwater the rig looks great due to the extra bouyancy.   and bonus, it is easy as heck to change baits.  you just hook on something else.

I've done similar, but with a 1/0 ringed hook. As you point out, bait looks great underwater.

I use the same 1/16oz head that I use for regular TRDs with a #1 size hook.

I have been using the Mustad KVD Grip-Pin 2X Fine Wire Hook and Texas rigging the Ned baits. The Zmsn plastic stay on the hook correctly with the Mustad hooks.

Looks like a great hook!

My cousin gave me some Lunker City ned heads with a really flat jig head and a longer shank hook. They paired nicely with the big trd
