^ My truck gets a 'bath' every time it rains...at 22 years and 250,000 miles it's not a great priority.

Haha I have a co-worker who says "I let mother nature clean my truck."

Needless to say I've also seen the inside of that truck more than once and there must be a new life form living in there by now...

i used to keep my car clean, until i got the first dent.  i haven't washed it since.  i occasionally go through it and take out all the extra jackets, shirts,  empty bags from plastic worms, and fishing line from my pockets that i  refuse to leave at the fishin hole.

the  things i keep spotless clean all the time are

guns, knives, guitars/amps/cables,  my tackle boxes, rods/reels, and my tool boxes, my bike and my riding gear - boots, helmets, jacket, gloves, etc. when i had a garage, i kept it spotless all the time, no matter what.

We keep the house clean.  My wife and I learned that from our parents.  I have given up trying to keep the dirt off of the car.  If it doesn't get dirty driving to the fishing spots then the birds will use it for target practice.

?        Lets see…  I washed my suv once this year…so it is relatively clean now.

My excuse is that it has 282,000 miles on it.
