Rod Glove Products

Featured Replies

I personally always use rod socks when transporting rods. I have used Rod Glove for quite a while now and am pleased with their products. Are there any other companies that you may prefer for similar products? Do you use these types of products at all? Thanks for your input.

I’ve bought a bunch of Stick Jackets for all of the rods in my boat… they seem to be well made and are reasonably priced. The local Sportsman’s usually has them in stock.

I also use Rod Glove covers on all my rods.

I use their reel covers exclusively. Both spinning and casting.

I really like Rod Sox. I use the colors to help me know which rods are which at a glance.

I like the Rod Sox also. Not because I am from Massachusetts. I love their tip, I think it really takes the stress off of accidently banging your tip on things. I also love the plastic collar, it sits right where most of my hook keepers are and keeps the hooks from getting into the mesh.

Me too.  There other spinning reel covers that are as good or better, but their casting reel covers are by far my favorite.

Side question if I may. I have a couple of the woven covers that I stopped using as the hooks always got snagged. Do you folks not leave the hooks on, or not use keepers? All my rods have built in keepers.

I just noticed the Pro-tech are rod length and type specific, that would help.

I use the rod covers that BPS sells, reel covers and lure wraps too. Don't have a clue who makes them for BPS.
