Toads are at low end weight for the Heavy power rods listed. This may make casting the lighter weight toads a little difficult.

Using a belly weight hook like Owner Beast twist lock could be helpful to add 1/4 oz weight.

I agree with @WRB, I throw both of those toads on a medium heavy Diawa Tatula.

i would suggest looking into Diawa Procyon.

Im in west central Louisiana i primarily fish Toledo bend, Cane river, red river, Sibley lake.but ill look into the Procyon.

I'd go with a MH. You won't get any distance throwing weightless plastics on a heavy stick

I regularly throw toads on a H Expride with a 1/2-1-1/2 oz rating and sometimes a XH 5/8-2 oz. It can be tricky without perfect conditions, would downsize for bass

I have the AirdX 7'H and I've used it for Toads (Horny, Ribbits, and Noisy flappers). In close quarters, it's fine, but if you want to launch them, this rod is better suited for 1/2oz+.  That being said, a 3/8oz toad, and an experienced caster will not have a problem adjusting the reel and line length to launch it.
