To use on 4" and 5" flukes?

Never used them before and wondering the best size.  2/0 and 3/0 hooks.

The medium size. I usually just use the owner hooks that come with twistlocks in a size 4/0. 

3/0 Light for weightless flukes and senkos.

I use the 3/0 for flukes and caffeine shads (and tubes and 3.8 keitechs). If I'm throwing weightless I prefer the caffeine shad since it has a little more weight to it and casts further, but you can just get a weighted one for the flukes if you want to add a little more weight to it. For mag flukes I like the 5/0 and there's already plenty of weight on those...

Always 4/0 on 5 inch Caffeine Shad’s, 3/0 on the 4 inchers.

One size larger than a regular EWG hook : If you use a Gamakatsu 3/0 EWG then you would use a Owner Twistlock 4/0.  

I like to use the Owner Twistlock Light hook which weighs 3/32. I use the 6/0 for full size flukes & the 5/0 for smaller baits like the caffeine shads. These hooks run on the smaller size regarding hook gap hence the larger sizes.
