BASS TRACKER 175TE

Featured Replies

I just bought a Bass Tracker.  I was curious if anybody had any suggestions on mounting a Humminbird unit at the console, with still leaving the Lowrance unit that comes on it.

Not sure where you'd mount it.  If I'm not mistaken, the Bass Trackers don't mount their graphs on the console, they are mounted off to the side.  I always thought this was a strange way of mounting a console graph.

I'm thinking you would have to remove the factory Lowrance that is mounted to the right of the console and put the humminbird there instead.

A number of companies offer dual mounts so you can stack or arrange side by side.

My G3 requires the mount to the right side. With a RAM mount, it overlaps enough to work well.

I've got a 9 inch on top of my console and a 7 inch on a Ram mount to the side.  This is on a Tracker Classic XL.  The console is probably a little bigger on a 175TE.  I was looking for a picture but couldn't find one.   I'll post a picture if you'd like to see one this weekend when I uncover my boat.

The 175 console isn’t ideal to mount a graph in the center as noted by others. I have seen some with 2 mounted on the side with a taller mount for the one towards the bow.

Here is mine with a 9” on the side of the console. I went with this style ram mount so that the graph could be rotated up close to the console to fit into my 8’ garage door. It will hit as shown out in photo.

Mounted mine exactly like that @T.J. on my 175.

Put the RAM base just in front of the factory hole and ran both wires up through it and got wire loom wrap to pretty it up. Works well and not many other options on a tracker.

My Classic XL console has a flat top where I have one graph mounted.  The other is on a ram mount.
