I live in the same State and have never had an issue with delays or shipping but,,,,,,,,,

I did have one instance where my refund for a rod took several weeks, and several emails and finally a call. After the call it was 24 hours when the refund showed up. Always wondered why it took so long and so many attempts, but I did receive it.

 

I personally don’t believe they are dishonest, just operating on a shoe string and spread thin. I now either go in person and/or call first to confirm stock, delivery and payment details for future purchases which isn’t possible for most. However a simple phone call can solve a lot of issues prior to pushing “buy”. 
 

And always buy through PayPal, they will go to bat for you with disputes and get your money refunded.
